2nd Chinese food deliveryman robbed.(Capital Region)

ALBANY - For the second night in a row a deliveryman from a Central Avenue Chinese food restaurant was violently robbed Wednesday in West Hill, police said.

This time, the victim was a driver for Panda Chinese Restaurant, who was dragged into an alley on Elk Street and robbed of his money and car, police said. The Tuesday robbery involved a driver from Ichiban Restaurant, another Central Avenue Chinese eatery.
